About Matt Treadway:
Matt joined Wheelhouse after four years of multifamily brokerage at CB Richard Ellis with partners Dick Thompson and Dean Treadway. Matt has helped his clients in the acquisition and disposition of over 500 units in the San Francisco East Bay, and continues to assist them with building and rental advisory services. In addition to working for his clients, Matt also manages over 100 units in the Oakland area for his family's portfolio. He earned his BA from UC Davis where he majored in International Relations and Rhetoric and Communications, while playing rugby for Davis' 1997 Final Four team. Matt currently resides in Russian Hill (A Wheelhouse Favorite) in an apartment building that he purchased in 2003.
