About Kevin Phillips: Kevin joined the Wheelhouse team after over three years at Moison Investment Company in Los Altos. While at Moison, Kevin not only represented clients in the purchase and sale of investment property, he also acted as a private placement/TIC investment adviser. He began his career as marketing director for Re/Max United San Diego where he became an expert in real estate marketing and graphic design. In 2002, Kevin relocated to Coldwell Banker residential in downtown Palo Alto and continued as a marketing and transaction coordinator servicing multiple top producing agents. In 2003, Kevin moved to Coldwell Banker Commercial in downtown Palo Alto as a property manager, where he managed a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties. He is a native of Los Altos, a UC San Diego graduate, and pulls from his vast experience within the real estate industry to creatively represent his clients.
