About Keith Manson: Before joining Wheelhouse, Keith spent almost 5 years at Arroyo & Coates in San Francisco, where as a Senior Associate he was involved in representing clients in the acquisition or disposition of over 1,000 units throughout the Bay Area. Keith's primary focus is on the apartment markets in the East Bay and San Francisco. Keith also manages 18 units in San Francisco and is the former manager of 132 unit portfolio of buildings in Lafayette and Pleasant Hill. Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara where is also participated in four years of Division 1 swimming. Keith is a member of RHANAC and the Urban Land Institute. Keith is also an avid outdoor sports enthusiast and is very active in City of Dreams, a non-profit that works with adolescents that live in the Hunter's Point and Bayview areas of San Francisco.
